Relu is a Leuven-based software start-up focused on using AI to offer automated dental design services. We learn every day, take ownership of our projects, and get stuff done. Our goal is to automate 80% of dental CAD design, which is currently mundane and time-consuming, so dentistry can become significantly more affordable for patients worldwide.

Here is what you would be doing in the day-to-day in a start-up environment:

• 🧩 Serve as the right hand to the co-founders, managing critical projects and initiatives across the organization.

• 📊 Optimize our operations and ensure alignment between departments as we scale.

• 🔄 Facilitate internal communications and create efficient workflows between technical and business teams

• 🚀 Help shape company culture and refine organizational structure as we grow

Here are some projects we already have in mind for you to get an idea:

• 💿 Maintain the equity CRM and optimize the digital dataroom to support fundraising efforts.

• 💵 Optimize the revenue operations, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, efficiency, and a smooth payment process.

• 📊 Streamline reporting operations, delivering clear, data-driven insights for decision-making and creating insightful dashboards.

What we're looking for in a Chief of Staff:

• 🧠 Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving abilities

• ⚙️ Strong operational background with experience in scaling organizations

• 🤝 Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

• 📈 Ability to prioritize and manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously

• 🔍 Data-driven approach to decision making

• 🏥 Bonus: Previous experience in management consulting (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain,…)
